01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the ppn888 website accessible at ppn888.one and all related services offered through it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ppn888 Platform.
• "Services" covers all online gambling products including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and arcade games.
• "Real Money" means cash deposited by the User into their ppn888 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Money" means promotional credits credited by ppn888 to a User's account subject to the specified wagering conditions.

Any reference to "terms" or "agreement" in this document covers these terms and conditions in their entirety together with all related policies published on the Platform.

02 User Eligibility

To open an account and use ppn888 Services, Users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

03 Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to hold one active account on the ppn888 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, Users agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Required information includes full name as per identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number, a valid email address, and payment account details.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. ppn888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to keep their login information secure.

ppn888 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account suspected of being compromised, used fraudulently, or in breach of any provision of these terms without prior notice.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

The ppn888 Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account used for deposits belongs to them. ppn888 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any attempt to withdraw to an account not registered under the account holder's name will be declined and investigated.

ppn888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of MyKad, a bank account statement, or proof of ownership of the e-wallet used. This verification process is part of anti-fraud procedures and financial regulatory compliance.

Deposits made using certain payment methods may be subject to corresponding withdrawal procedures. ppn888 reserves the right to specify the permitted withdrawal method based on the deposit method used by the User.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

ppn888 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made, and those conditions are read together with these general terms.

As an applicable calculation example:

Bonus may only be used for wagering on the ppn888 Platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged directly for cash. Any withdrawal made before the wagering requirement is met will result in the cancellation of all unclaimed bonus funds in the account.

ppn888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Users found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or hedging betting strategies, will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings and may have their account terminated.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ppn888 Platform operate using certified software and random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure the fairness of every game outcome.

Users agree to use the ppn888 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of any software, bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage during gameplay.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing others to use your account.
• Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any bugs, technical faults, or errors in the game software.

In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during an active game session, ppn888 will work to resolve any dispute based on valid server records. ppn888's decision in such matters is final and binding.

08 Account Termination and Suspension

Users are free to close their ppn888 account at any time by contacting our customer service. Before closure is processed, all real money balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the User in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

ppn888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the following situations:

• The User is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• The User is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.

09 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The ppn888 Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. ppn888 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ppn888 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
• Loss of account data or information.
• Damage arising from unauthorised access to a User's account.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or events beyond ppn888's control.

Users acknowledge that online gambling involves the risk of losing money and that the decision to use ppn888's services is made entirely on their own personal judgement.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

ppn888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms.

Continued use of the ppn888 Platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered the User's acceptance of the amended terms. If a User does not agree with any changes, they are advised to stop using the Platform and close their account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ppn888 operates under its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures set by ppn888.

The unenforceability of any provision in these terms will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in the same document. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and ppn888 in relation to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and representations.
